Waggon and Horses

You can't eat good food cheaper!

The local pub is the 'Waggon and Horses' and is situated in the centre of the village, opposite the church. A daily menu offers a great selection of food. In the summer it offers chairs outside to relax in the sun and watch the world go by. For more information then why not visit the waggon's own website at:

Post Office

Stamps and a car service

The village post office is located in Cheyney street. Basically find the T-junction at the church and head down towards Litlington. The post office is 100 yards on your right. The post office offers services such as dry cleaning, photocopying and you can also buy stamps! The garage is next door to the Post Office, handy if your car is in need of a little attention!

You don't see many of these about anymore. Well, Steeple Morden has one.

And opposite the phonebox you will find the local primary school

Fancy a little fresh air in the country?

Why not visit Steeple Morden and see some of the green lush Cambridgeshire countryside. I have a scanned copy of an easy 7 mile walk which takes in the memorial to the 355th Fighter group, some quiet country roads and of course a finish at the local pub to recover from all that country air.

Email me and I will send a copy of the walk to you.
